Ok, you go to YouTube and select the 'embed' button - I don't know the German word I think it is 'einbetten', then copy the code and paste it in the 'Edit HTMAL' section of the post and the video will be there.

At the moment i search for a new good Background. But the Resolution must be 1200*1600. But the file may not be bigger than 300kbs.
