My expectations were great when I had read the previews. A shooter that stands out from most rivals like Call of Duty or Medal of Honor. Unfortunately, this not entirely.
Campaign: The biggest difference to the rivals, the story can not truly develop. The graphics unhappily are no longer on the date. Sad environments and lack of detail drawings. But the biggest point of criticism is the sensational short game duration. After a good 6 hours one has finished the game unexpectedly.
Multiplayer: The multiplayer mode can not convince me at all. Even worse graphics than in the campaign. The game speed is slower than by the competitors. The only plus are the maps that are medium in size and offer a little variety to have.
My Rating: Homefront I can only conditionally.
Meine Erwartungen waren groß, als ich die ersten Vorschauen gelesen hatte. Ein Shooter der sich von den meisten Konkurrenten wie Call of Duty oder Medal of Honor abhebt. Leider trifft das nicht ganz zu.
Zur Kampagne: Der größte Unterschied Zu den Konkurrenten, die Story, kann sich nicht wirklich entfalten. Die Grafik ist leider nicht mehr auf den neuesten Stand. Sterile Umgebungen und detailarme Charaktere. Aber der größte Kritikpunkt ist die sensationell kurze Spieldauer. Nach gut 6 Stunden hat man das Spiel unerwartet beendet.
Multiplayer: Der Multiplayer Modus kann mich überhaupt nicht überzeugen. Noch schlimmere Grafik als in der Kampagne. Die Spielgeschwindigkeit ist langsamer als bei den Konkurrenten. Der einzigste Pluspunkt sind die Karten, die mittelgroß sind und ein wenig abwechslung zu bieten haben.
Mein Urteil: Homefront kann ich nur bedingt weiterempfehlen.
